What age can children start gymnastics at Epic Gymnastics Academy?
Children can start our gymnastics programs as young as 3.5 to 4 years old with our toddler program, designed to develop motor skills and coordination in a fun, safe environment.
Do you offer trial classes for new students?
Yes, we offer trial classes so new students can experience our programs and meet our coaches before committing to a full session.
What should my child wear to gymnastics classes?
Children should wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing such as leotards or athletic wear. Avoid loose clothing and jewellery, and ensure long hair is tied back for safety.
