SUPER STARS FOR CHILDREN AGE 4 – 5
This is the third and final stage of our preschool programme. This session introduces gymnastics foundations through movement patterns, circuits, and the development of basic skills. As your child masters age-appropriate motor skills, watch them acquire confidence and coordination while having fun.

Mites is a fun programme for children ages 4 to 6 who are looking for a challenge! Mites is a one-hour and fifteen-minute lesson that focuses on fundamental and advanced beginner abilities, with an emphasis on form and strength. Mites is an invitation-only programme. If you are interested in joining Mites, please call 8553346300 to schedule an evaluation with a Mites coach.
