About Us

Epic Gymnastics Academy Chambenahalli (EGARG) is a dedicated Rhythmic Gymnastics academy

committed to nurturing young athletes through high-quality training in a safe,

professional, and inspiring environment. Our program is designed to develop

flexibility, strength, coordination, artistry, and discipline while fostering

confidence and enjoyment in sport.


Our facility features a 14-meter-high ceiling, wooden shock-absorbing flooring, and Japanese-made professional RG competition mats, providing a training environment carefully designed to enhance rhythmic

gymnastics performance while ensuring the highest level of athlete safety.


Our coaching team includes experienced international Rhythmic Gymnastics coaches invited from overseas, delivering globally

recognized training methods and professional athlete development.

CLASS PROGRAMS

RG Recreational Class

Designed for beginners and children who enjoy movement,

focusing on learning basic Rhythmic Gymnastics skills in a fun, safe, and

supportive environment.

  • Class Duration:** 60 minutes per session.
  • Suitable for beginners.
  • Focus on coordination, flexibility, rhythm, and basic apparatus handling.
  • Builds confidence and enjoyment of movement.

RG Development Class

For Gymnasts who show strong interest and potential in

Rhythmic Gymnastics, with training focused on developing flexibility,

technique, strength, and basic competitive foundations.

  • Class Duration:** 90 minutes per session.
  • Skill development and technical training.
  • Strength and flexibility conditioning Builds confidence and enjoyment of movement.
  • Preparation for advanced training

RG Competition

Athlete Class

This advanced training class is led by experienced

international Rhythmic Gymnastics coaches invited from overseas.

Admission is **by coach selection only**.

Students must demonstrate strong commitment, discipline,

motivation, and competitive performance potential.

Dress

Code & Safety Policy

To ensure safety, hygiene, and optimal training quality, all

gymnasts are required to follow the dress code and safety rules below:

Hair must be neatly tied in a bun at all times. Loose or down hairstyles are strictly not permitted.
Gymnasts must wear rhythmic gymnastics half shoes or clean socks. Barefoot training is not
permitted.
